Ronnie Ray

For over 15 years Ronnie has led high-energy marketing and product management teams, in both startups and public software companies. His expertise ranges from conceptualizing, building and launching new products, to managing mature products through the product lifecycle.

Ronnie’s in-depth knowledge of the IT management business, customer needs, and successful high tech marketing strategies comes from his first hand experience in key leadership roles. His entrepreneurial experience complements this well; he’s been a founder or co-founder of 3 companies, which have been acquired by a major consulting firm, a Silicon Valley venture, and an international public company, respectively.

Ronnie holds a Bachelor in Engineering and an MBA with specializations in Marketing and Strategy. He is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the Product Development and the Management Association (PDMA).

Ronnie lives with his family in Northern Virginia.

Alison O’Brien

With 14 years experience in the high tech software industry, Alison has expertise in a number of disciplines including product marketing, product management, and training program development. She’s worked in a variety of environments, from international public companies to VC and bootstrapped startups, and understands how to navigate through the cultural differences, business requirements, and business strategies of each.

With her diverse background, Alison’s professional interests fall into a number of areas including product marketing; building Web 2.0 marketing strategies – including community development and social media; and Web design. She is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the Association of International Product Marketing and Management (AIPMM). Alison has a BA from the University of Maryland, College Park.

A lifelong resident of the Mid-Atlantic region, Alison currently lives in Gettysburg, PA with her family and pets.
